Colormunki Photo software activation issue Hi all I ve just installed the software for the Colormunki calibrator and after activation it just closes down.

Restart the ColorMunki software and Activate. This should now allow access to the software. If this does not resolve your problems, please check the following.

The ColorMunki activation process is designed to allow the software to connect to the hardware device when first using on designated computer station.

Activating the ColorMunki

I have activated my ColorMunki, the screen prompts me with Activation Successful but my only options are either Close or Register and I have already Registered but clicking Close shuts down the Application, how can I get past this.

There have been a few reported cases that users connecting their computers to a network via a wireless or firewire connection may be having issues with Activating successfully due to the multiple Mac address in their network adaptors. To resolve this issue you will need to disconnect from your router or wireless connection, Activate the software and do your work in ColorMunki, then reconnect your router or other network adaptors. Once you have created your profiles for your display or your printers they will still be accessible from the operating system level.

This is an issue our developers are currently looking into and hope to have resolved with the next update to the software.
